Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator & Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy Industrial and Catering temporary recruitment desks, alongside providing general administrative support to the wider office.

Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but we also welcome applicants from administration, sales administration, retail customer service, helpdesk and other customer-facing backgrounds.

You’ll help attract, register and support candidates for temporary opportunities across our clients. Some candidates will be applying for specific vacancies; others will join our pool of temporary workers available for ad hoc shifts.

Your day could include advertising a new vacancy, screening applications, welcoming candidates into the office and helping them complete their registration. You’ll also keep in touch with existing candidates, check their availability and maintain accurate records so our consultants know who is ready for work.

• Writing and posting job adverts on online job boards.

• Creating and updating window adverts to promote opportunities.

• Sharing vacancies on social media and engaging candidates through different channels.

• Proactively contacting potential candidates and encouraging them to register with Interaction.

• Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates for suitable roles.

• Speaking with candidates about their experience, availability and work preferences.

• Answering incoming calls, responding to queries and welcoming candidates at reception.

• Guiding candidates through registration and onboarding, providing support where needed.

• Checking registration documents, completing right to work checks and processing DBS or other background checks where required.

• Reconnecting with registered candidates to update their availability.

• Keeping candidate information accurate and up to date on our CRM system.

• Supporting the consultants and wider office with general administration and day-to-day tasks.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll bring:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail.

• A friendly, professional telephone manner and confidence asking questions.

• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn our recruitment systems.

• The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements.

• A proactive approach to contacting candidates and following up applications.

• Confidence working independently, taking ownership of tasks and asking for guidance when needed.

• A careful and responsible approach to handling personal information.

Our office hours are 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday. We welcome full-time and part-time applications, with working patterns to be discussed during the recruitment process.
