We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business looking for a Sales Administrator to become a key part of their commercial team. If you’re highly organised, proactive, and enjoy being at the centre of a busy sales function, this could be a great next step.

This is more than a traditional admin role — you’ll play a vital part in keeping the sales process running smoothly, supporting customers and internal teams from enquiry through to delivery.

• Be a central part of the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment
• Join a collaborative, energetic team that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Work in a structured environment with genuine opportunities to develop and grow

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
• Managing and tracking customer enquiries and orders through internal CRM/ERP systems
• Preparing accurate customer documentation and professional correspondence
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and responsiveness throughout the process

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems (or similar sales support tools)
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
