Are you a confident communicator who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating new business opportunities?

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing and highly successful organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on meeting new people, generating opportunities and playing a key role in business growth.

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing long-term relationships and creating a strong pipeline of opportunities for the wider sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities
• Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries
• Conducting outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
• Managing and developing your own sales pipeline
• Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve business growth targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
