Sales Engineer - Fire & Security

Midlands

Up to £40,000+

Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Fire & Security Sales Engineers based across Wales, the Midlands and the South West who are looking to join a growing business with excellent earning potential and the freedom to develop new and existing customer relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience within the Fire & Security industry who enjoys building long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

• £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
• 2% Commission on Sales
• £400 per month Car Allowance
• Mileage Expenses Paid
• Autonomy to manage your own diary
• Established customer base and opportunity to develop new business
• Long-term career progression within a growing business

• Developing new business opportunities across your region
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Conducting site surveys and identifying customer requirements
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Promoting Fire & Security solutions across commercial customers
• Building strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
• Working closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Representing the business in a professional manner at all times

• Previous experience within Fire & Security sales or technical sales
• Good understanding of Fire Alarm and/or Electronic Security systems
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills
• A proven track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
