THE OPPORTUNITY

As a B2B Sales Advisor, you'll work with SME customers, speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and identify the right energy solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Speak directly with SME owners and decision-makers
• Own your sales pipeline and hit ambitious targets
• Maximise earning potential through commission and incentives
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Handle objections and turn conversations into sales
• Identify upselling and renewal opportunities
• Compete individually while being part of a high-performing team
• Play a key role in a brand-new campaign with exciting growth potential

• Experienced in B2B
• Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Target-driven, competitive and motivated by achieving results.
• Skilled at handling objections and closing sales.
• A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine passion for winning new business.
• Organised and able to manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
• Resilient, positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary dependent on experience + Uncapped Commission

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Office Based – City Centre
