T3AM Global is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing industrial services business based in Clitheroe.

Operating across the UK, the company delivers specialist asset integrity and industrial maintenance solutions to customers working in high-risk and highly regulated environments. With expertise spanning industrial cleaning, protective coatings, corrosion protection, asset inspection, and specialist access solutions, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive to join the commercial team and support the company's ongoing expansion.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with customers across a range of industrial sectors.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will engage with asset owners, engineering companies, contractors, and industrial businesses to understand their requirements and provide tailored service solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, developing new business, and building lasting customer partnerships within a technical environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the industrial sector

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Generating sales through proactive business development activities

• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate service solutions

• Preparing quotations and commercial proposals

• Following up on sales opportunities and negotiating contracts

• Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates

• Achieving agreed sales targets and business development objectives

• Representing the business professionally during customer meetings and industry events where required

What We're Looking For



Essential

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business

• Highly organised with good commercial awareness

• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Experience selling industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical services

• Knowledge of industrial maintenance, asset integrity, corrosion protection, protective coatings, or inspection services

• Previous experience working with engineering companies, contractors, or industrial clients

• Experience using CRM systems

• A consultative approach to B2B sales

Candidates from other B2B sales backgrounds with a proven track record of achieving targets and developing customer relationships are also encouraged to apply.
