The right commercial strategy can turn secure asset disposal from a compliance requirement into a genuine source of value for enterprise clients. As an ITAD Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of revenue growth across a specialist division, winning high-value accounts, developing senior-level relationships and helping shape the wider commercial direction.

You’ll be selling end-to-end solutions including secure data destruction, asset recovery, hardware remarketing and sustainable recycling. This is a senior, hands-on position where you’ll manage complex opportunities from initial prospecting through to close, while also sharing best practice with junior members of the team.

Your responsibilities as Sales Manager

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on increasing revenue, gross profit and enterprise market share.
• Identify and secure high-value corporate accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close and handover.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives, IT Directors, CTOs and senior procurement and compliance stakeholders.
• Create tailored solutions covering secure data destruction, asset recovery, hardware remarketing, recycling and associated compliance requirements.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses, tender submissions and executive presentations, working closely with operational, logistics and compliance teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts while sharing best practice and supporting the development of junior sales colleagues.

What we’re looking for in a Sales Manager

• Proven B2B sales, account acquisition or business development experience within IT asset disposition, enterprise hardware, managed print or IT infrastructure services.
• A strong track record of opening enterprise accounts, managing consultative sales cycles and closing contracts with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Good working knowledge of data security, GDPR, WEEE requirements, environmental compliance and sustainable asset recycling.
• Experience preparing high-quality RFP responses, tender submissions, commercial proposals and presentations.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for client meetings.
