Territory Manager/Construction Sales

£30,000 - £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic Six-Figure OTE) + Career Growth

We're looking for a highly driven Territory Manager / Construction Rental Sales to develop business within the construction sector. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads to arrive. It requires determination, resilience, commercial awareness, and the mindset of someone who wants to run their territory like their own business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for generating and developing business opportunities across the construction industry through a combination of:

• Proactive telesales and business development
• Face-to-face client meetings
• Delivering professional sales presentations
• Identifying and sourcing your own leads
• Building relationships with subcontractors, project managers, site managers and decision-makers
• Producing and following up quotations
• Managing opportunities through to close
• Maintaining accurate records using Salesforce and CRM systems
• Developing repeat business and long-term client relationships

About You

We're looking for someone with the hunger and determination to succeed in a demanding but highly rewarding sales environment.

• Building Inspection
• Field Sales
• Or you may have successfully run your own business

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong business acumen and commercial awareness

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Proven ability to generate new business

Comfortable making high volumes of outbound sales calls

Strong presentation and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage your own diary and territory

Resilient, determined and target-driven

Professional communication and negotiation skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Highly Desirable

• Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding
• Experience selling into the construction industry
• Rental, hire or equipment sales experience
• Knowledge of contractors and project-based selling
