Enjoy keeping things organised, working with people and making sure nothing falls through the gaps?
TRC London is partnering with an established flexible workspace operator to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator. This is a varied opportunity to support a busy commercial team, helping its sales activity run smoothly across a UK portfolio.
You’ll work closely with senior commercial leadership, bringing structure to reporting, maintaining accurate data and keeping brokers and agents informed. With responsibilities spanning sales support, events and commercial projects, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to get involved and make a contribution.
The role
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, becoming a trusted point of contact for colleagues using the system.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and support broker pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate weekly availability updates for brokers, agents and sales managers, highlighting relevant promotions.
• Maintain accurate content across broker and agent platforms.
• Carry out competitor pricing checks and support mystery shopping activity, sharing useful feedback.
• Coordinate broker invoicing with the finance team to help ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Provide lead management and telephone support when required.
• Help organise events, support marketing activity and attend broker networking opportunities.
• Support senior commercial leadership with administration, projects and wider revenue initiatives.
About you
You’ll be exceptionally organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and confident communicating with colleagues and external contacts.
You’ll bring:
• Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Confidence working with CRM systems and learning relevant industry software.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and discretion when handling confidential information.
Experience in sales support, commercial administration or a similar coordination role would be useful. Experience within flexible workspace, serviced offices, property or hospitality could also be relevant.
You’ll join an established business during a period of growth, with exposure to senior leadership and the commercial activity behind a flexible workspace portfolio.
Some meetings and networking events may take place outside standard working hours.
