Location: Nottingham and surrounding area
Contract: Regular and cover placements in schools
Pay: £17 - £20 an hour, depending on experience
Essential: up-to-date enhanced DBS

What the Role Involves

• Opening and locking up the school site and keeping it secure
• Routine maintenance, minor repairs and general upkeep of the buildings and grounds
• Health and safety checks, and reporting any issues
• Setting up rooms and equipment for lessons and events
• Working with school staff and contractors

Who You Are

• Experienced as a caretaker, site manager or in a similar premises or maintenance role, ideally in a school
• Practical, reliable and proactive, with a good eye for health and safety
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for a site
• Holding an up-to-date enhanced DBS (essential)
• Eligible to work in the UK
