Pay Range: £150 – £165 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Our partner schools in Rainham are known for their clear behaviour systems and supportive leadership, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment, often with a significantly reduced planning and assessment workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons (for supply) or develop engaging schemes of work (for long-term roles) across KS3 and KS4.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour and engagement.
• Tailor your teaching approach to meet the needs of different classes and subject areas.
• Follow school-specific safeguarding and reporting procedures at all times.
• Forge positive connections with students and staff across local Rainham school settings.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised qualification (essential).
• Be a confident ECT or an experienced secondary teacher.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
• Show an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
• Possess a proactive and collaborative approach to school life.
