Job Description:

SECTION ENGINEER // COLCHESTER // HIGHWAY // OUTSIDE IR35

We are currently looking for a Section Engineer for an initial 2-month contract (can be extended), with the potential for extension, to support a major highways scheme in Colchester.

The successful candidate will have Section Engineer to Senior Engineer level experience, with a strong background in highways and civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing highways works including drainage, structures, kerbing and surfacing, ensuring quality standards are met and all required documentation is completed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ITPs, raising TQs for client responses, and completing site paperwork. An EUSR CAT 1 qualification is desirable to enable permits to dig, along with experience using cable avoidance equipment such as CAT4 or vLoc3Pro.

You will need to hold SMSTS and CSCS!

This is an excellent with an immediate start and a top day rate on offer (Outside IR35)
