Job Description:

I'm delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of my longest-standing clients—a major UK security integrator that I've had the pleasure of working with for several years.

They're one of those companies that engineers genuinely enjoy working for. They invest in their people, work on some fantastic high-end security projects across the UK, and have built an excellent reputation for delivering quality rather than simply chasing numbers.

If you're an experienced Security Engineer looking for more variety, better support and genuine career progression, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

You'll be trusted to manage your own workload while working closely with the projects and service teams using modern technology including Microsoft Teams and industry-leading job management software.

What You'll Be Doing

Why Join?
One thing I've always liked about this client is that they genuinely value their engineers.
You'll be joining a business that's continuing to grow but hasn't lost the close-knit feel that makes it such a good place to work.

They actively encourage training, listen to ideas from the engineering team and promote from within whenever possible.

You'll receive:
Fancy a Confidential Chat?

If you're happy where you are but curious to see what's out there, let's have a conversation.
I've worked with this client for several years and know the business inside out, so I can give you an honest insight into the role, the team and the opportunities available.

Get in touch with me, Nick Ableson, at Complete Security Recruitment for a completely confidential chat.
No pressure. No hard sell. Just an honest conversation about whether this could be the right next step for you.
