Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Security Officers to join our team at a high-profile site in the Oxford area!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate - £15.00 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern - Various Shift Patterns (Days & Nights)
SIA - Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence Required
Contract: 1 year and will end in May 2027

For this role, you will need to hold a full UK (manual) driving licence and have your own car.

Due to the nature of the site, you will need to have resided in the UK for at least 5 years, continuously. You will also be asked questions on the telephone screen, in relation to the requirements for SC/DV Clearance.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Patrolling the site, internally and externally.
- Gatehouse duties.
- Liaising with customers and visitors.
- Responding to any security incidents, first aid, or fire alarm response.
- Incident report writing.
- Access and egress control.
- Meeting the customer standard at all times.

Please note you will be on your feet a lot for this role. You will also be working outside for long periods of time.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect security officer:

- You must be over the age of 18.
- A current Door Supervisor or Security Guarding SIA license is essential.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong IT skills.
