Security Service Engineer - Manchester / North West

Are you a Security Engineer who is willing to learn experienced with high-end systems and complex sites?
This isn’t your standard service role. You’ll be working on premium CCTV, VMS, and access control systems across commercial and high-spec environments.

The Role

Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on advanced security systems, including:

• High-end CCTV (IP-based systems)
• Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Access Control (enterprise-level)

Projects include corporate sites, critical infrastructure, and high-value environments across Manchester and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service and maintain advanced electronic security systems
• Fault finding on complex, networked systems
• Work with leading manufacturers and software platforms
• Deliver a high standard of service to premium clients
• Complete reports and documentation accurately
• Participate in a call-out rota

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with CCTV, VMS, and access control
• Comfortable working on high-end / enterprise systems
• Good networking knowledge (IP, basic networking)
• Professional, client-facing approach
• Full UK driving licence

Experience with systems like Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, Gallagher, etc. is a big advantage.
