Security Supervisor – Night Shifts

📍 Location: Near Uxbridge (commutable from Denham, Slough, Hayes, Ruislip, Watford and High Wycombe)
💷 Salary: Up to £37,000
🕒 Shift: 4 On / 4 Off – Permanent Nights (6pm–6am)
📅 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Syntech Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Security Supervisor to join an established aerospace and defence manufacturing business near Uxbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive security professional to take responsibility for maintaining site security, protecting personnel and assets, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal, external and perimeter security patrols.

• Manage site access, visitor passes and vehicle checks.

• Monitor CCTV, alarms and security systems.

• Respond to incidents, emergencies and alarm activations.

• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.

• Ensure site security procedures are consistently followed.

Requirements:

• Valid Frontline Door Supervisor SIA Licence – Essential.

• Previous security officer or supervisor experience.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Experience with CCTV, alarms and access control.

• Good communication, IT and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
