Job Description:

Location: HU7, Hull
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Pay Rate: £14.44 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on skill level)

We are currently recruiting Skilled and Semi-Skilled Caravan Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in the HU7 area of Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay and a long weekend every week.

You will be involved in the build and finishing of luxury caravans, working as part of a skilled production team. Duties will include a variety of tasks across the production line, such as:

• Operating a range of hand tools and saws
• Roofing and cladding installation
• Furnishing and interior fitting
• Snagging and finishing work
• Basic assembly and fitting tasks
• Working from basic drawings or instructions
• Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship

• Previous experience in caravan manufacturing, joinery, construction, or similar environments (desirable but not essential for semi-skilled roles)
• Confidence in using hand tools and power tools
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and a positive attitude

• Competitive hourly pay between £14.44 and £16.00
• 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
