SEN Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School | Wembley
Pertemps Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wembley for an experienced and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive SEN department and positively impact students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The Role
As an SEN LSA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs
• Deliver targeted small group interventions
• Work closely with teachers and the SEN team
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Candidate Requirements

• Experience supporting students with SEN is essential
• Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team
