SEN Department Lead – Full Time – September Start - Milton Keynes

SEN Leadership Role | SEN Teaching (2 Days) | QTS Required | Temp to Perm or Permanent

Are you an experienced SEN professional ready to lead a high‑performing SEN department this September? • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for the SEN Department Lead role
• Strong background in SEN, SEN teaching, and SEN leadership
• Experience supporting pupils with high‑complex needs, Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD/SLD
• Excellent behaviour management and confidence leading SEN provision
• Proven experience in a SEN setting, SEN school, or inclusive mainstream environment
• Ability to lead, coach and develop SEN staff and SEN Teaching Assistants
