SEN Teacher
Location: Kingsbury

Contract: Full-time, ongoing

Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A fantastic SEN school in Kingsbury is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to join their team.

This role involves teaching a small KS2/3 class of pupils with ASD and associated challenging behaviour. The school prides itself on providing a supportive, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their potential.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with ASD.

• Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students effectively.

• Work closely with a strong team of SEN support staff, therapists, and parents.

• Track progress and contribute to individual learning plans (EHCPs).

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEN teaching.

• Strong knowledge of ASD and strategies for supporting students with complex needs.

• Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with a calm, proactive approach.

• Flexible, creative, and able to adapt quickly to meet student needs.
