Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Sale that is looking for an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND.

• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning and support plans.

• Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.

• Support children with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs.

• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND within a UK school or specialist education setting.

• A patient, caring, and resilient approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Confidence supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and complex needs.

• A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.

• Relevant Teaching Assistant or SEND qualifications are desirable but not essential.

• Competitive daily pay of £92.63 - £110.
