SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist School

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a very small specialist school supporting children with severe and complex needs, including autism, ADHD, non-verbal pupils, and those following their own individual pathways.This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a close-knit, supportive environment.Role Details

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Altrincham area
• Start Date: 7th September
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
• Support: Mix of 1:1 and 2:1

What we’re looking for

• Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support
• Experience working with children who have complex SEN needs (autism, ADHD, non-verbal preferred)
• Valid Team Teach training (essential)
• Previous experience in a similar specialist school setting
