💙 **SEND TEACHING ASSISTANTS NEEDED - OLDBURY** 💙

Aspire People are looking for compassionate and reliable **SEND Teaching Assistants** to work in a specialist school in Oldbury, supporting pupils with complex needs.

✨ Supporting pupils with autism and severe learning difficulties
✨ Assisting with personal care and pupils' daily needs
✨ Supporting learning, communication and emotional regulation
✨ Helping pupils feel safe, supported and included throughout the school day

This role can involve personal care and supporting pupils with significant needs. We're looking for patient, resilient and hands-on individuals who are comfortable with these responsibilities and can respond calmly to challenging behaviour.

🎓 **Essential qualification:** Level 3 Teaching Assistant **OR** Level 3 Health & Social Care.
