**SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School**
Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced **SEND Teaching Assistant** to support pupils within a welcoming and inclusive primary school.
The school is looking for someone with recent experience supporting children with additional needs who can build positive relationships, adapt learning activities, and help pupils reach their full potential.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Supporting pupils to access the primary curriculum
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents
* Monitoring pupil progress and wellbeing
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years
* Previous SEND support experience
* Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills
* Committed to inclusive education
