£35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped OTE + Excellent Career Progression

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team, taking ownership of key client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of established clients, developing trusted relationships, and acting as a strategic advisor to help customers achieve their business goals through technology.

Working closely with internal technical specialists and senior decision-makers, you'll identify opportunities to introduce additional services, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure clients receive an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business accounts.
• Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the technology portfolio.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer objectives and future requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to provide tailored IT solutions.
• Negotiate renewals, proposals, and commercial agreements.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

About You

• Previous experience in Account Management, IT Sales, MSP, VAR, or technology solutions.
• A proven track record of growing existing accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a consultative approach to sales.
• Self-motivated, organised, and driven by delivering outstanding customer service.
