Job Description:

As a Senior Brand Advertising Program Manager within our in-house creative agency, fishtank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Fisher Investments' global brand marketing initiatives. You will not manage any team members, but help oversee large-scale brand advertising campaigns from initial strategy and creative concept development through production and launch. Partnering closely with senior marketing leaders, internal teams and external agencies, you will help execute global brand initiatives, guide creative direction, and apply data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. You will report to the Associate Vice President of Global Marketing Services.

You will help lead highly visible initiatives, influence key business stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure campaigns are executed with excellence across multiple markets and channels. The Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate large-scale, integrated brand advertising campaigns, primary within the UK and EU
• Help drive creative ideation, brand messaging, project planning, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
• Develop brand advertising strategies in collaboration with marketing leadership
• Partner with media teams to define requirements and produce campaign deliverables
• Communicate regularly with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams
• Engage with internal and external creative partners, managing communications, timelines, feedback and budgets
• Analyze campaign outcomes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all creative assets are compliant and receive appropriate reviews and approvals
• Follow established project management, creative development, and archival procedures

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience developing comprehensive brand marketing campaigns within an agency or client-side for a large company
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional advertising initiatives, ideally at a global level
• Experience in all aspects of creative development from concepting to messaging to production
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project briefs and coordinate execution across internal and external teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Results focused with a proven track record of driving projects to completion and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable working independently while also excelling in highly collaborative environments
• Experience managing creative agencies
