Senior Building Services Manager – Healthcare

📍 Kent / South East | £85k+ Package

Senior Building Services Manager required for a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major healthcare projects across the South East.

This role will focus on the delivery of MEP packages on live hospital projects, with responsibilities covering technical coordination, commissioning, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates must have previous experience working within a Tier 1 contractor or major subcontractor environment and a strong understanding of healthcare standards, including HTM guidance.

Experience within hospital environments, commissioning strategy, ventilation systems, medical gases and healthcare compliance is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Tier 1 contractor or Tier 1 subcontractor background
• Strong MEP/building services experience
• Healthcare project experience essential
• Knowledge of HTM standards and healthcare compliance
• Strong commissioning and technical coordination capability

Package

• £85k base
• Company vehicle or car allowance
• Travel expenses covered
