Are you a successful Foodservice Sales professional with a passion for winning new business?

We're recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading fresh and chilled food suppliers. This is a genuine 100% new business role, giving you the freedom to build your own portfolio while being rewarded with an outstanding commission structure.

• Salary up to £60,000 (more for exceptional candidates)
• £8,000 annual car allowance
• Uncapped commission - typical OTE £15K - £20K
• £500 annual Health & Wellbeing allowance
• Pension, private healthcare and additional benefits
• Flexible home-based location (regular travel to Bradford, Manchester and Slough)

• Win new foodservice business across the UK.
• Develop relationships with hospitality, education, healthcare and contract catering customers.
• Work with chefs, buyers and decision-makers to deliver tailored fresh food solutions.
• Drive profitable sales growth and build long-term customer partnerships.

• Proven success in foodservice sales and new business development.
• Experience selling fresh food (meat, fish, produce or chilled products).
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to exceed targets.
