A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Civil Engineer to join a respected consultancy in Warrington and take ownership of complex infrastructure projects across the North West. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong UK design experience who is ready to take the next step, develop technical leadership skills and work towards senior responsibility within a supportive and high performing team.

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering detailed design for a wide range of residential and commercial schemes, from smaller site improvements through to large scale multi million pound developments. Working closely with senior staff, you will lead the technical output of your projects, contribute to planning support and manage schemes through to statutory approvals. This role offers excellent scope for progression, varied project exposure and the chance to work closely with clients and design teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design of highways, earthworks and foul or surface water drainage.

• Produce calculations, drawings and technical reports using AutoCAD and Civils 3D.

• Deliver S278, S38 and S104 submissions to adoption standards.

• Support schemes from concept through to technical approval and construction.

• Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, architects and local authorities.

• Act as the technical point of contact for project queries and coordination.

About You

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.

• At least four years' UK infrastructure design experience.

• Skilled in Civils 3D, AutoCAD and hydraulic modelling tools.

• Strong understanding of UK design standards and adoption processes.

• Confident communicator with good report writing ability.

• Motivated, organised and keen to progress.
