Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Warwickshire

£80,000 - £85,000 + car allowance + bonus

A site going through significant change. Major investment. An opportunity to shape how the operation improves and, in time, potentially progress into a group role.

This is a senior CI position for someone who knows their way around a large, blue-chip food or drinks manufacturing business and wants to make a visible impact.

You’ll join a major manufacturing site at a point of change and investment, working alongside the leadership team to set the improvement agenda and make sure it delivers results.

You’ll also work within a wider group structure. That means understanding the strategy and improvement programmes set at group level, then translating them into something that works for the people, priorities and challenges on site.

You’ll need to be comfortable contributing to the long-term strategy, but equally happy getting involved on the factory floor. This isn’t a role where improvement happens from behind a desk.

What you’ll bring:

• Senior continuous improvement or operational excellence experience within a blue-chip food or drinks manufacturer.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and delivering group-led CI programmes at site level.
• A track record of improving manufacturing performance and building capability in others.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage teams across the factory.
• A practical, hands-on approach alongside the ability to think strategically.
• The ambition to continue developing, with potential progression into a group-level role.
