Senior Controls Engineer, Technical Operations - EMEA

📍 Norway | Hybrid | €75,000 - €90,000 | Bonus

Are you an expert in BMS, SCADA and critical controls systems looking to make an impact across some of Europe's most advanced data centre environments?

We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to provide technical leadership across a growing EMEA portfolio of mission-critical facilities. This role will focus on defining controls standards, improving system reliability, supporting commissioning and operational acceptance activities, and driving continuous improvement across critical infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical expertise for BMS, SCADA, EMS, EPMS and DCIM systems
* Develop controls standards, integration principles and alarming strategies
* Support design reviews, commissioning and operational handovers
* Drive reliability, automation and system optimisation initiatives
* Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Delivery and IT/OT teams across multiple sites

What You'll Bring:
* Strong experience with BMS, SCADA or controls systems in mission-critical environments
* Understanding of controls architecture, integration, networking and operational technologies
* Experience supporting commissioning, technical governance and operational acceptance
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
* Degree, HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Controls, Automation or Electrical Engineering
