Our client is a successful and growing B2B organisation looking to appoint a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join their commercial team.
This is far more than a traditional customer service position. Acting as an internal Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience at every stage of their journey.
Working closely with both customers and internal stakeholders, you’ll proactively identify opportunities to improve service levels, resolve challenges, strengthen relationships and support long-term account success.
