You'll collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, sustainability specialists, architects and design teams, giving you exposure to projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll lead the electrical design of Building Services projects whilst supporting junior engineers and contributing to the continued growth of the London office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the electrical design of building services projects.
• Designing power, lighting, fire alarm, security and life safety systems.
• Producing electrical calculations using industry-standard software.
• Preparing specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinating designs with mechanical engineers, architects and wider design teams.
• Attending client and design team meetings.
• Managing project delivery, budgets and programme deadlines.
• Mentoring Graduate and Intermediate Engineers.
• Supporting Associates and Directors with project delivery and client relationships.
• Carrying out technical reviews and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven experience within a UK Building Services Consultancy.
• Strong electrical building services design experience.
• Good knowledge of current Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Chartered status (or working towards) would be advantageous.
