Are you a Senior Electrical Engineer with HV manufacturing experience, looking for a technically varied role where you'll support build, lead Factory Acceptance Testing, and drive engineering delivery within a growing power quality specialist?

Do you want to join a business operating as a one-stop-shop for power quality, where you'll be trusted to take ownership, develop junior engineers, and progress into leadership as the team scales?

This company are a growing power quality specialist who design, manufacture, test, and service advanced electrical systems for the renewable energy sector. With 25 years of trading, they are continuing to expand and are now looking to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the growth of the team.

In this role you will produce complete engineering packs (schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and test plans), provide real-time shop-floor support during assembly and wiring, and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). You'll also drive root-cause fault investigations, support product testing, and carry out periodic site surveys, while mentoring junior engineers as the department grows.

The Role

• Senior Electrical Engineer within a power quality manufacturing team
• Produce complete manufacturable engineering packs (schematics, BOMs, test plans) and manage change control
• Provide shop-floor technical support during assembly, wiring, and lead FAT
• Drive root-cause fault diagnostics / CAPA, support testing, and carry out site surveys
  

The Person

• Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer with manufacturing experience
• Ideally with 275kV-400kV exposure
• Comfortable supporting shop-floor delivery and leading technical problem solving
• Keen to mentor junior engineers and progress into leadership
