Job Description:

Role: Senior Electrical Project Engineer

Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: £85,000 + Travel Expenses + £5900 Car Allowance + Benefits

This role will be based on a major research & development facility.

This is an opportunity to work collaboratively within a successful project team, taking responsibility for delegated works packages and ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be supporting them in delivering compliant, cost-effective engineering services. Your day to day will include:

·       Ensuring all works are procured, planned and carried out safely in accordance with standards and UK law

·       Reviewing designs with design teams and clients to ensure they are optimised for efficient and safe construction

·       Managing robust change control and implementing quality control procedures in line with Standards

·       Providing leadership for project team members within your area of control, setting clear expectations and offering guidance

·       Keeping accurate records and ensuring necessary appointments are made by the Authorising Engineer for all electrical works

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Electrical Project Engineer is great for you if:

·       You're technically astute in Electrical Services and safety and hold a relevant industry accredited qualification

·       You have CSCS and SMSTS accreditation

·       You have demonstrable experience working collaboratively within project teams, ideally in a Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor.

·       You're skilled at managing workloads in line with project goals and commercial priorities
