What You'll Do:
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and play a crucial role in shaping both current and future electronic product offerings. Your expertise will support multiple departments and ensure excellence in delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide.

Here's what you can expect:

• Design & Development: Utilise your skills in analogue and digital PCB design to create cutting-edge electronic products.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Engage in the full product lifecycle, from concept generation through to product release, and demonstrate your ability to deliver designs into service.
• Compliance & Standards: Navigate the regulatory landscape of the UK, EU, and US, ensuring your designs meet all necessary compliance standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work hands-on with your team to tackle challenges from first principles, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving.
• Quality Assurance: Review, update, and potentially redesign existing electrical items to enhance quality and safety standards.
• Documentation & Support: Generate essential documentation, including Wiring Diagrams and build instructions, to guide manufacturing processes and support product testing throughout their lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and be ready to roll up your sleeves to get involved with hands-on projects. Here's what you should bring to the table:

• Strong background in analogue and digital PCB design, including Linear & Pulse Width Modulation Power Supplies, DC Motor Controls, and Battery Chargers.
• Proficient in fault finding to component level and safe practises regarding mains voltage primary Transformers.
• Relevant Electronics Degree (or equivalent) and a CSCS card.
• Familiarity with Assembler/BASCOM/FlowCode programming languages is a plus.
• Experience in PCB design using EasyPC is desirable.
