Salary:        £45,000

Shift:          M-F Days 

Job Role of the Senior Engineer

An Excellent opportunity has become available for a experienced and qualified Senior Engineer to work for a FMCG Manufacturing company. The Senior Engineer will be involved in managing a team of 3 engineers on shift whilst also be involved in the hands on maintenance and running of machinery. The Senior Engineer will be working in a automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. The Senior Engineer needs to be focused on training and development of engineers and the company is looking for a people orientated person.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Senior Engineer

• Engineering Qualification 
• Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role 
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Senior Engineer

• Experience in managing a team of engineers 
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Good with Training and development

Desirable Requirements for the Senior Engineer

• Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
