Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of success?

Do you want to take over an established, high-performing desk with a serious billing history?

We're looking for an exceptional recruiter to join our Northampton team and take ownership of a top-billing education recruitment desk currently generating over £11,000 per week in billings.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone who knows how to build relationships, win business, maximise a desk and consistently deliver results.

• Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment
• A proven track record of recruitment success
• Demonstrable history of strong and consistent billings
• Strong existing client and candidate relationships
• Excellent knowledge of the education recruitment market
• A highly commercial and competitive mindset
• The drive and ambition to take an already successful desk even further

This role is specifically for an experienced, proven biller.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a top-performing desk billing over £11,000 per week.

The foundations are already there. The client relationships, candidate network and infrastructure are in place.

We need someone who can take that platform and build on it.

Your role will focus on:

• Growing and developing existing client relationships
• Winning new school business
• Maximising placement opportunities
• Building long-term partnerships with schools
• Managing and developing your candidate network
• Increasing weekly and monthly billings
• Identifying new revenue opportunities
• Attending school visits and strengthening client relationships
• Driving proactive business development and sales activity

You'll have access to:

• Dedicated Resourcers to source candidates
• Specialist Compliance Officers to clear candidates
• In-house CRM Consultants
• Dedicated Payroll, IT and Marketing teams

You won't need to spend your time resourcing or handling compliance.
