Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Exeter

£50,000 - £60,000

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a well-established geotechnical consultancy in Exeter.

The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will play a key role in delivering a wide range of geotechnical projects across the residential, commercial, infrastructure and energy sectors. You will be responsible for managing projects from feasibility through to design, producing high-quality technical reports and geotechnical designs, mentoring junior engineers and building strong client relationships.

The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline.
• Several years' experience within a UK geotechnical consultancy.
• Strong geotechnical design experience, including foundations, retaining walls, earthworks and slope stability.
• Experience producing interpretative ground investigation reports, geotechnical assessments and design reports.
• A good understanding of Eurocode 7 and current UK standards.
• Experience managing projects, budgets and client relationships.
• Chartered status, or be working towards Chartership.
• A full UK driving licence.
