Senior Health & Safety Advisor
Location: Various UK Project Sites, Office based in Solihull.

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the UK. This role will support industrial, commercial, and residential mid-rise developments, helping drive a strong health, safety, and well-being culture across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) guidance across multiple construction projects.
- Support project teams in planning and implementing safe systems of work.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with UK legislation and industry standards.
- Lead and support accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Deliver HSW training, toolbox talks, and presentations to site teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse HSW performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in health and safety practices.
- Support the integration of digital tools, technology, and AI-driven solutions within HSW processes.
Essential Requirements
- Health & Safety Degree/Diploma qualification or equivalent experience with a recognised UK HSW qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Construction Certificate).
- Strong constructionHSW experience within at least one of the following sectors:
- Industrial
- Commercial
- Residential mid-rise
- Membership of IOSH - CMIOSH or actively working toward chartered status.
- Accident Investigation training.
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical application of HSW in planning and construction activities.
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Qualifications and knowledge in fire risk management within construction.
- Experience or strong interest in HSW technology, digitalisation, and AI implementation/development.
