Senior Health and Safety Manager | Dublin | €70,000-€99,000 DOE + Bonus + Company Shares + Further Benefits

If so, this Senior Health & Safety Manager role in Dublin could be a great fit. You'll play a key part in leading safety initiatives across a large facility while having the opportunity to further develop your Health and Safety skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the site Health & Safety team and work closely with operational and support functions to maintain compliance with legislation and company safety standards
• Analyse site safety data using internal systems and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
• Design and roll out site-specific safety training, ergonomic initiatives, and preventive programmes to strengthen the safety culture
• Conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, review updates to standard procedures, and maintain current risk documentation
• Champion health and safety across the site, engaging management and colleagues to embed a proactive safety mindset

You will have:

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety role with clear leadership responsibilities
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, or an IOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety, or Degree
• Experience managing a team and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach to health and safety

Package and benefits:

• A salary of €70,000-€99,000 DOE
• Share scheme
• Bonus included ( €55K split across first two years confirmed)
