What You’ll Lead & Deliver

• Manage and develop a team of six across infrastructure, applications, integration, and reporting.

• Oversee servers, networking, cloud services, end-user devices, backups, monitoring, and incident response.

• Own documentation, risk management, and system reliability.

• Guide application development, maintenance, and integration.

• Lead information security, policies, controls, and compliance (UK GDPR, Cyber Essentials).

• Manage vendors, contracts, licences, SLAs, and renewals.

• Build and deliver an IT roadmap aligned to business goals.

• Manage the IT budget and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Working Arrangements
