• Basic salary £29,750 plus £4,000 car allowance or company car. £60,000 on target earnings.

• The role will be ideal for an existing Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking to make the next step in their career or someone currently working in a Lettings Managers role already, but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential, provide the necessary training and support required or limited opportunity to improve earning potential.

• You will be focused on obtaining new lettings and managed properties and reignite relationships with landlords.
• You will need to be able to work at speed as it is a very fast paced environment.
