Job Description:

I'm looking for an experienced lettings professional to step into a senior role within a busy, growing team. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the department while still being hands-on with clients & deals.

You'll work closely with the Lettings Manager, help keep things running smoothly, & be someone the team can rely on for guidance & support.

• Helping keep the team on track with lettings targets & daily activity
• Supporting & guiding junior team members
• Building strong relationships with landlords & tenants
• Managing re-lets & making sure properties are marketed quickly
• Handling rent reviews in line with current legislation
• Pitching in with admin & general team support when needed
• Spotting opportunities to win new business & grow the portfolio

• Solid experience in residential lettings
• Confident, organised, & proactive
• Great with people & problem-solving
• A team player who's happy to support others
