Job Title: Senior Mechanical AC Engineer
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Mechanical AC Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, working within a large, critical healthcare environment in West London.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a technically challenging environment, supporting critical building infrastructure while developing your career within a well-established engineering team.
The Role:
• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Working on AHUs, FCUs, split systems, VRV/VRF, chilled systems, pumps, motors and associated plant.
• Supporting scheduled installation and remedial works across the site.
• Acting as a senior/lead engineer, providing technical support to the wider engineering team.
• Managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and compliantly.
• Supporting permit-to-work systems and undertaking AP/RP duties where appointed.
• Participating in the on-call rota and supporting planned shutdowns or early compliance tasks when required.
Package:
• £45,000 – £48,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday working pattern

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 / equivalent Mechanical qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Strong background in HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance.
• F-Gas qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Experience within critical environments or healthcare settings desirable.
• Strong fault-finding and communication skills.
