Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)
Rate: £50 to £55p/h (Depending on your key experiences)

What You'll Be Doing
·Designing and specifying mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and Public Health systems
·Delivering high-quality engineering solutions that comply with current regulations, standards, and project requirements
·Producing technical deliverables including calculations, specifications, reports, and design documentation
·Working closely with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams

What You'll Bring
·Degree-qualified in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
·Membership of CIBSE and working towards Chartered status
·Strong experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects
·Proven design experience covering HVAC and Public Health systems
·Excellent technical detailing, specification writing, and report preparation skills
·Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
·Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
·Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery requirements
·Experience contributing to bids, tenders, and proposals
·Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients and project teams
Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following would be highly advantageous:
·Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status
·Delivery of projects across multiple sectors
·Team leadership or line management experience
·IES Thermal Modelling
·Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks
