We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our Manchester team working on our high‑profile defence project. At Dalkia Engineering, we pride ourselves on designing, delivering, and commissioning electrical and mechanical installation systems in a variety of industry-leading buildings.

What you'll be doing;

​​The Senior Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the mechanical aspects of the projects from initial concept through to successful completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with required quality, technical and regulatory standards. This position provides strong technical leadership while supporting project teams and maintaining close collaboration with clients and stakeholders.​

Who we're looking for;

To be successful in this role you'll need a proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Manager within the building services or MEP sector. We could also consider Senior Electrical Engineers with strong project management skills.

You'll have a strong technical understanding of mechanical building services systems with experience delivering large-scale, complex projects.

In addition, you will need excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills as well as experience managing project budgets, programmes and risk.

Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and health & safety legislation.
