As a Senior BIM Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality building information models and ensuring seamless project coordination. You'll be working alongside architects, engineers, and other professionals to push the boundaries of design through technology.

• Develop, create, and manage digital models within BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
• Coordinate and integrate MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and structural data into BIM models.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, ensuring compliance with industry and project standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues to maintain project quality and timelines.
• Stay informed on the latest BIM technologies and incorporate best practices into project delivery.

• Collaborating with architects and engineers to merge designs into digital models.
• Managing and reviewing data integrations for accuracy and compliance.
• Identifying and resolving conflicts in project models using advanced tools like Revit and Navisworks.
• Supporting multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects aligned with client expectations.
