Senior Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics ensuring all travel, accommodation and venue details are correct
• Build strong relationships with suppliers
• Maintain control over budgets
• Support junior team members, helping them to grow
• On the ground event delivery, working with teams and suppliers to ensure everything suns smoothly

Senior Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in event management or operations ideally within educational or tourism
• The ability to lead a team and help junior members develop thir skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail
• Willing to travel
• Full driving license required
