Senior Process & Production Engineer

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Approximately £60,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Talentmark is recruiting a Senior Process & Production Engineer to join a chemical manufacturing company at its site in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the Engineering Department.
• Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers.
• Drive the digitalisation of production and warehousing.
• Analyse and improve existing production processes.
• Support the introduction and scale-up of new products alongside R&D.
• Implement new technologies and develop engineering solutions to plant challenges.

Your Background

• Degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical Engineering.
• Strong chemical knowledge and understanding.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ATEX procedures.
• Ideally located within 25 miles of Stoke-on-Trent.
